The Journal of Nutrition and Food Security (JNFS) is an international, scientific, peer-reviewed, quarterly, open access (without fee) publication of the Nutrition Department and Nutrition & Food Security Research Center of Shahid Sadoughi University of Medical Sciences and Health Services in Yazd, Iran.
Publication of JNFS benefits from copyright protection in accordance with the Universal Copyright Convention. All published articles will become the property of the JNFS. The editor and publisher accept no responsibility for the statements expressed by the authors herein. Also they do not guarantee, warrant, or endorse any product or service advertised in the journal.
JNFS is using Editorial Manager System for online manuscript submission, review, and tracking. At least two reviewers from the editorial board members of the journal or outside experts review manuscripts; at least two independent reviewers' approvals followed by an editor's are required for the acceptance and publication of any citable manuscript.
JNFS welcomes submission of original research articles, case reports, editorial article, letter to the editor, short communication, and review articles from all countries trying to add information to the knowledge of nutrition in prevention and management of diseases, nutrition in lifecycle, nutritigenetics, nutrigenomics, diet therapy, epidemiology of under- or over-nutrition and their consequences, nutritional epidemiology, food security, food science, chemistry, availability, and safety.
