Journal Aim and Scope:

Journal of Fiqh and Usul is a double-blind peer reviewed quarterly by the Faculty of Theology and Islamic Studies, Ferdowsi University of Mashhad (FUM), Mashhad, Iran. 
JFU has been published since 1968 under different titles. The journal publishes papers in Persian, Arabic, and English. All papers have DOI, English abstracts and key words.
The journal publishes novel contributions on topics related to Islamic jurisprudence, principles of jurisprudence, philosophy of jurisprudence, and subjects such as jurisprudence and law.
