Mission
The mission of International International Journal of Indigenous Herbs and Drugs (ISSN-2456-7345) is to publish genuine and original research work, to provide free access to the articles for the students, academicians and to establish a database for the researchers and clinicians for implementation of research findings into Herbs and Drugs.The subject areas covered by this journal include ( but not limited to ) natural product research, which in turn includes the following branches involved with it - ethno-medicine, ethno-botany, ethno-pharmacology, agriculture and forestry, food science and nutrition, life sciences, biochemistry, pharmacy, pharmacology, pharmacognosy, herbal formulations, toxicology, conservation, biomedical sciences, biochemistry, industrial chemistry, analytical chemistry, biotechnology, medicinal chemistry, veterinary science, aromatherapy, cosmetology, novel drug delivery, quality control, etc. Indigenous herbs and drugs refer to all kinds of research performed on plants that are specific to a particular geographic location or locality. Indigenous medicine refers to all the traditional systems of medicine like (any branches of) Ayurveda, Siddha, Homeopathy, Unani, Tibbi, Chinese, Folk medicine, Ethno-medicine, and all other existing classical systems worldwide.
