The focus is to publish articles on state-of-the-art in the areas of Computer Science, Information Technology and Electrical Engineering. All submitted papers will be reviewed by editorial board of the Journal. The journal welcomed regular papers, short papers, review articles, etc. All submitted papers should report unique, previously unpublished research and results may be experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication somewhere else. Manuscripts should follow the style of the journal and are subject to both review as well as editing. The technical committee reserves the right to reject a paper or ask to make changes to the content if they found problems with the content or any violations of our publishing policies. It is the prime responsibility of the author to gain proper authorization for the use of any copyrighted materials in the manuscript, prior to the submission of the manuscript to JIEEE.
