The journal was established with the aim of providing a peer-reviewed scientific platform that provides research advice to emerging researchers and assists them in publishing on its pages at a low, affordable fee. The majority of the journal's revenues go towards fees for the international licenses the journal has obtained.

The journal publishes research, studies, book reviews, critical readings, translations, and scientific experiments in the humanities and social sciences, abstracted research, summaries of master's theses and doctoral dissertations, or complete dissertations and theses, subject to specific conditions.
