Çalışmaların etik sorumluluğu yazarlara aittir. Daha önce başka bir dergi tarafından reddedilmiş makaleler dergiye gönderildiği takdirde, bu durum editörlere bildirilmelidir. Yazar, ön inceleme ve hakem raporlarındaki düzeltmeleri en geç 7 gün içinde yaparak tekrar sisteme yüklemek zorundadır. Araştırmacılar tarafından dergiye gönderilen çalışmalar editörlere ulaşır. Editörler, çalışma üzerinde gerekli ön incelemeyi yapar. Bu kontrol içerik kontrolü değildir. İçerik kontrolü ve çalışmanın yayınlanabilecek yeterliğe sahip olup olmadığına editör tarafından çalışmaya atanan iki uzman hakem karar verir. Çalışmada düzeltilmesi gereken noktalar varsa hakemler raporlarında bunları belirtir ve ardından raporları editörlere gönderirler. Editörler, gerekli düzeltmelerin uygulanması için hakem raporlarını sistem üzerinden araştırmacıya gönderir. Yazar, hakem raporlarındaki düzeltmeleri kesinlikle uygulamak zorundadır. Hakem raporları çerçevesinde belirlenen süre içerisinde güncellenmeyen çalışmalar editörler tarafından reddedilir. Derginin Yayın Danışma Kurulu sürekli olarak güncellenmekte, hakem havuzu genişletilmektedir. Dergide yayınlanacak çalışmalar için yazarlardan kesinlikle ücret talep edilmez.
